Renera’s Sire Nango was Nagano two-time German Showjumping Championship finalist and sales topper of the PSI auction in 1996 at DM 1 million.
Renera’s Grand sire Narew xx, is licensed by the Oldenburg, Trakehner, Hanoverian, Hessen and Mecklenburg studbooks. After a successful racing career, Narew became one of the few Thoroughbred stallions to complete the stallion performance test, earning 125 points in Performance Class I in Medingen, with a perfect 10 for his canter. Narew xx has sired three approved sons, including Nagano, and the Oldenburg licensed stallion Nurejew.
Renera’s Grand sire on her dams side Voltaire as a 8 year old jumped 1.50m courses with a great deal of success. He showed his prowess in international show jumping in 1988 in Calgary, Stockholm, Lanaken, Helsinki, Wiesbaden and Wembley. In 1989 he brought his successful career to an end by winning the Grand Prix of Berlin. Voltaire stands very high on the index for dressage and jumping. Voltaire is the result of crossing two outstanding bloodlines, Furioso II and Gotthard. Furioso II produced 200 state premium mares and at least 68 approved stallions of which several are standing at stud in other continents
Voltaire was by the influential Furioso II, a stallion whose offspring include over 200 state premium mares and at least 70 approved sons, who are stood across the world. Furioso II was full-brother to the French stallion Mexico (sire of Le Mexico, who has produced numerous Grand Prix show jumpers). Furioso II was also the sire of the Olympic gold medal winners Lutteur B and Pomone B.
Voltaire's dam, Gogo Moeve, was also the dam to such horses as Fandango R, PS Falkan and Petite Fleur. She was sired by the great Gotthard, a stallion who has made his mark in the Hanoverian breed. Gotthard is seen in the pedigree of such horses as Goldika, Goya, Queensway, Genius, Grundstein and Grannus. Gogo Moeve's dam-sire was the Thoroughbred stallion More Magic, who also sired the 1980 Moscow Olympics dressage gold medalist, Mon Cherie, ridden by Elisabeth Theurer
