Delivery for fresh/chilled semen is Tuesday – Saturday. If you wish to have semen on a Sunday or Monday this can be arranged but must be collected in person. We do require a minimum of 48hrs notice to get the semen delivered to your vets address. Please order by 10.00am to have the semen with you within the 48hrs. Delivery should be between 10.00am -10.30am with the courier we use. This service is subject to availability and may have to use the Natural or Frozen option due to stallion competing and stopping away at shows through out the breeding season.

If your mare does not take first time we will send a second dose and the fees to be paid are only the collection and delivery. If your mare does not take the second time we will send a third dose and the fees to be paid are only the collection and delivery. Further semen will only be sent on receipt of a veterinary certificate stating that the mare is not in foal.

Frozen

Delivery for frozen semen is Tuesday – Saturday. If you wish to have semen on a Sunday or Monday this can be arranged but must be collected in person. We do require 48hrs notice to get the semen delivered to your vets address
Conditions includes 3 doses so if your mare does not take first time you have a second and a third dose ready to use.
If your mare takes first time you then have 3 choices:

Choice 1 - you can send the other 2 doses back with the empty straws

Choice 2 - you can buy the second dose at 10% less than the original stud fee and return the third dose with the empty straws

Choice 3 - you can buy the second dose at 10% less than the original stud fee and the third dose at 20% less than the original stud fee and just return the empty straws

Return charges of the unused doses are at your expense and an approx cost of £140

Terms and Conditions

Payment of stud fee, collection charges, and delivery must be paid in full before we can send out the semen.  Payment can be made cash, direct debit or cheque. Cheques must have cleared before we can send semen. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for delays or the non delivery of semen due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We do require a vet’s address with postcode so we can liaise with your vet & organise everything at this end for you.  Any unused doses must be paid for or returned to the freezing centre:
